Joy Looks Good on YouReserve a seat
A three-day soul strategy experience

Joy looks good on you.

For people who are tired of waiting for permission to live. You do not have to wait until everything is fixed to experience joy — life is happening now, and joy belongs here, too.

How it started

The yellow bathing suit.

I posted a picture of myself in a bright yellow bathing suit. It was joyful. Visible. Unapologetic. And thousands of people responded.

They were talking about courage. Freedom. Bodies. Aging. Confidence. Permission. Being seen. Choosing life. And I realized something: we were never really talking about a bathing suit. We were talking about what happens when a person stops asking permission to fully inhabit their own life.

That is what this three-day experience is about.

What if you stopped waiting?

What if joy did not have to wait until the problem was solved? What if rest did not have to wait until the work was finished? What if your life did not have to wait until everybody else was okay?

This is not a lecture series. It is not about pretending everything is fine, or positive-thinking your way around real pain. It is about paying attention, telling the truth, recovering your agency — and designing a life that has room for you in it.

The journey

Three days, in season.

01

What am I waiting for?

Day One · Reading the terrain of your life.

  • What you are carrying
  • What you have normalized
  • Where survival mode has quietly taken over
  • The rules and expectations shaping your choices
  • Where strength may have become self-abandonment
  • What your soul has been trying to tell you
02

What still belongs to me?

Day Two · Hard seasons limit choices, not agency.

  • What is still within your control
  • Who and what has access to your time and energy
  • Where guilt may be making decisions for you
  • What needs a boundary
  • What deserves less access
  • Where one clear choice could create more peace
03

What would it mean to live now?

Day Three · Joy as nourishment, not reward.

  • What brings you alive
  • What rest makes possible
  • How Sabbath creates room for your soul
  • The role of beauty, pleasure, laughter, creativity, and connection
  • What needs to be protected, reduced, revived, or released
  • What living more fully could look like in your real life

You will leave with your own 7-Day Joy + Sabbath Reset — a simple, personal plan you can begin immediately.

A note from Diane

That yellow bathing suit taught me something. Sometimes joy begins before the circumstances cooperate. Sometimes the brave thing is not pushing harder — sometimes it is allowing yourself to be seen, to laugh, to rest, to enjoy, to inhabit the body and the life you have now.

I created Joy Looks Good on You because too many of us have become experts at enduring and strangers to our own aliveness. For three days, I want to help you change that conversation. Not by pretending life is easy — but by remembering that difficulty does not get to own every room in the house. Come with me.
